North West Waste Consultants was set up in 2009 by Warren Aspinall, with the view to help local and national companies reduce their landfill and general waste costs, ensuring higher rebates are paid for recyclables and food waste.
We achieve this by diverting as much waste as possible from landfill, therefore massively reducing waste costs as well as being environmentally friendly.
Every waste management program is bespoke to each specific site with the aim that within 12 months to achieve total zero to waste landfill. With landfill prices increasing year by year we are always looking to use new and innovative methods for the disposal of waste in a cost effective and an environmentally friendly manner, with regular, weekly and monthly updates provided.
“We have been working with North West waste consultants Ltd now for the last 12 months, in that time we have found Warren and NWWC to be very committed, professional and reliable in ensuring that all our waste which leaves site is now recycled or used for energy. NWWC said it was possible to achieve zero to landfill even though we were land filling on average 120 tonnes of waste a month. With the help and support of NWWC Isleport Foods achieved zero to landfill in February 2011 and have maintained it ever since. We have also seen massive cost savings of over £45,000 in the last six months, and due to the new reporting systems ISO 14001 and 18001 accreditation has been achieved. We also now know what waste leaves site on a daily basis as well as where it is going and what actually happens to the waste once it has left us. Due to weekly/monthly meetings and reviews we now have no current waste management issues and look forward to a long working partnership with North West waste Consultants Ltd.”
