Eco-Friendly Green News

“It is our mission here at WhosGreenOnline.com (green online magazine and directory) to advocate and promote a cleaner, healthier and safer (eco-friendly) planet for ourselves and our children.” These days the term green is everywhere we turn; Online, T.V., radio, internet, magazine and newspaper. It is our goal here at WhosGreenOnline.com (green online magazine and directory)to educate our audience and promote about what it means to be Green! What does it mean to be Green? When somebody changes the routine in their daily lifestyle to better the environment! e.g; recycling (newspaper, aluminum cans, glass bottles, any recyclable material), composting(organic matter that has been decomposed and recycled as a fertilizer and soil amendment), eating organic foods (Organic foods are foods that are produced using methods that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives.), driving less (public transportation) or drive an Electric Vehicle (EV’s) eg; Tesla, Prius, Leaf, etc…………, walking/biking more, being less wasteful on water usage, taking shorter showers, being less wasteful overall in every way possible, switching your light bulbs at home to a lesser wattage, or L.E.D. lights. These are all fine examples to start being eco-conscience/eco-minded. In addition we  included more definitive examples of living a Greener lifestyle!

***Something to think about***

If we are experiencing the current problems we are experiencing today at 7.2 Billion people?; eg, Drought, Water Rationing, Pollution (car emission, factory, plastic in our oceans)!  By 2050 were expected to be at 9.6 billion!!!

The current world population of 7.2 billion is projected to increase by 1 billion over the next 12 years and reach 9.6 billion by 2050, according to a United Nations report launched today, which points out that growth will be mainly in developing countries, with more than half in Africa.
